| This project combined beautification of three bridges and landscaping with necessary bridge repairs to five bridges. The goal of the project was to beautify the entrance to the City, slow traffic, improve lighting, improve views of the river, enhance pedestrian safety and comfort. Work included: remodeling three bridges with ornamental lantern lighting and ornamental metal railings, formed stone concrete barrier rails, landscaping, tunnel lining, expansion joint replacement.
